That was the question my mom emailed me tonight.
After 15 months of unemployment, my dear hubby is now with job. Praise the Lord and Hallelujah!
And just like how the Lord works in my life, it was in the quietest, simplest, least obtrusive way. Dear hubby knew this guy who was talking to him about something...that something turned into a, "Hey, why don't you come down on Monday and see what we have going on?" Which turned into a 3.5 hour conversation. Which turned into a phone call that night with a job offer. That produced a night full of tears and prayers and anticipation.
And then, in God's grace and mercy and providential wisdom, he said 'yes'. Dear hubby, that is. Well, I guess God said 'yes' too.
After 15 months of unemployment, my dear hubby is now employed.
Praise the Lord and hallelujah. Amen.
So how's that for faith....even on a Tuesday?

Yay! God is amazing. I have thought of that lately--how He often answers...simply. Places I often "labor" over He then comes in the side door with this gift, wrapped perfectly and beyond imagination. Very exciting.

ReplyDeletePraise the Lord, Hallelujah...AMEN is right!! Oh I am so happy to hear of Eddie's new job, though it sounds like Rachel may not feel the same way. God really does work in mysterious ways. You just never know where some conversations may lead! Thank you Jesus for answered prayers!
