And We Digress...

So with more snow, sleet, ice and the like, we've been housebound for more days than I care to count. Perhaps its because all the oxygen is getting recycled more often with all of us constantly in the same space, who knows....but here is the scene I walked in on today:

Rachel is on the cordless land line.
Carly is on my cell phone. (Rachel had called my cell.)
They are both under the dining room table facing each other, talking to each other on their respective phones.
Carly: "Pslehke phe sehe thenwoid g sowks ei whgvkeowh"
Rachel: "Carly! Want to hear me fart?!"
Carly: "Uh-huh!"

Oh help.

Fortunately, the forecast for tomorrow is cool but sunny. Church should be open. Praise the Lord. For more reasons than one.
