As we get closer to the inaugeration of another president, I've been contemplating the qualities of leaders; what qualities I enjoy and what ones are nails-on-a-chalk-board-aggravating. And in a broader sense, I've been thinking about what attracts me to a particular person....what qualities they reflect that get me drawn and caught like a fly to honey, or whatever that phrase is....
For me, the qualities that are most attractive to me are authenticity and integrity. And then I started wondering if they were the same thing or just inseparable. Can you be an authentic fake? Can you be true to yourself and not have integrity?
Anyway, I wonder what draws you? What qualities do you admire? In a leader? In a friend? A boss? A co-worker? A mate?
